Our first client was ourselves. We designed the logo and brand guidelines, then built this site on WordPress and Divi 5, hosted with Hostinger. You're reading it now.

BMB Group 38
A building company working in renovation, renewable energy, decontamination and equipment hire. We worked alongside them on building their WordPress site, writing the service pages and a quote request form. We then moved the site onto their own hosting and domain name, so today both are in their name.
Website and SEO
CFE-CGC Métallurgie Isère
The metalworkers' union, part of the CFE-CGC Métallurgie federation. We built its site on WordPress and Divi 5, with pages for joining the union and keeping up with its news. We then reviewed the SEO page by page and checked the layout at 5 screen widths, from phone to large desktop.

What we take care of
The tools come after the strategy. Depending on what the audit brings out, you start with just one of these and add the others when they become useful. They fit together: the form on your website can, for example, trigger an automatic follow-up email.
Hosting with Hostinger
We set your site up with Hostinger and handle the fiddly bits: moving it from your old host, the security certificate (the little padlock in your browser), domain name settings and backups. The account can be opened in your name, so the hosting and the domain stay yours.

Website design and build
WordPress and Divi websites you can edit yourself, block by block. The design is approved with you before any development starts, then everything is built on a test site. Your current site stays live until the day the new one takes its place.
Online advertising
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn campaigns. We prepare the ads and the enquiry tracking, then adjust the settings based on what each campaign brings in. The ad budget stays on your own account: you pay the platforms directly.
AI agents and automations
A quote that gets drafted while you're in a meeting, a reminder that goes out on the right date. We build these automations with n8n, just for you, and show you how they work before handing them over.
The tools we work with
To give us access to your accounts, you add us as a collaborator, with only the permissions we need. When login details have to be passed on, they travel through a secure link that expires.
Aftercare
What happens after launch
On launch day, we spend an hour with you on a video call, showing you how to change some text or add a page. You leave with a handover document that brings together your logins and the everyday tasks.
For the 30 days that follow, if a form plays up or a comma bothers you, just email us and we'll reply within 48 working hours.
After that, the choice is yours: monthly support, or simply a call whenever a new idea comes along. One person to talk to, not a ticket in a queue.

You receive a detailed quote to sign online with Yousign. The project starts on signature, with the 50% deposit. We begin with the design and refine it with you; the number of revision rounds is written into the quote. Nothing gets built until you've approved it.

Building on a test site
Your site is built out of public view, on a test address you can visit whenever you like. You leave comments directly on the pages with Markup.io, and we move forward in approved stages.

Going live, and what comes next
The site goes live and you're ready to run it yourself. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery, and the rights to everything we have created are then transferred to you. A monthly support plan can take over from there.

Your questions before getting started

Who owns the website and the files?
You do. Once the final payment is made, the rights are transferred to you and you receive the source files along with all the logins. If you ever change provider, you take everything with you.
Why a 50% deposit?
Because your project starts as soon as it is signed: we set time aside for it and get going on the design. The contract is signed online with Yousign. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or card, and the remaining 50% on delivery.
How long does a project take?
The timeline is written into the quote before you sign, and the project starts as soon as the deposit arrives. If a delay comes from our side, it's up to us to make up the time. If some content or an approval is missing on your side, the schedule moves back by the same amount: our terms and conditions set this out in black and white.
What about GDPR and AI agents?
It's a rule we never bend: personal data is anonymised before anything is sent to an AI service. Our automations run on a server in Europe, with separate workflows for each client, and your contract lists the outside services we use and what each one does.
Do you work remotely as well?
Yes. Meetings take place by video call, and you comment on the site while it's being built, directly online. Whether you're in the Vercors or at the other end of France, the support is the same.
We already have an agency. Why change?
If your current agency suits you, stay with them. If they reply quickly and let you keep your logins, you're in good hands. If that isn't the case, 30 minutes on a call is enough to compare.
